How to Request Account Deletion:

To delete your account, please follow one of the methods below:

• Fill out the form below

• Use the in-app account deletion option

Please include your registered email address or phone number in the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)

• Account details

• Usage data linked to your account

What Data May Be Retained:

• Transaction records (if required for legal or financial compliance)

• Any data required to comply with applicable laws

Data Retention Period:
Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days where required.
